Let your dinnerware, service pieces and menu be your guide when
deciding on flowers for a buffet or tea service. An as example,
in this arrangement the peach of a day lily picks up the colour
of the lemonade. There are just a couple of rules of thumb to follow
with table arrangements. If it is a buffet or stand up service,
the flowers can be quite tall and lush. If it’s a sit down service,
always remember that the flowers should not obscure sightlines between
