Episode 206 - High Tea
Cheese and Sweet
Just ducky!
On top of roasted pecan biscuits, available in specialty food shops, my friend Lindsay Shaw places small pieces of Roquefort cheese. You could also use Stilton or Gorgonzola.

Then, a dab of gooseberry chutney or jelly really helps to set off the opposing flavours. It’s a surprisingly tasty combination. You may wish to top this with parsley and a smattering of edible petals. Treats for a tea are supposed to be small and delicate, so few ingredients can go a long way.
