Sherry and Dessert Wine Glasses |
|
Sherry and other, sweet dessert wines are often served in stemware
referred to as a Sherry Copita. Sherry is served cold and therefore
the Sherry Copita mirrors the shape of a champagne flute.
|
|
Sherry Copitas are not the only glasses in which to serve dessert
liqueurs. The delicate Pony glass is perfect for liqueurs meant
to be sipped, such as Kahlua, Drambuie or even a bracing creme de
menthe. |
